Separated fermentation residues
Our range includes dried and separated fermentation residues from Nawaro biogas plants that are approved as fertilizers. The separation and drying process produces high-quality natural fertilizers with a very high nutrient content.
Application
Application is based on the current DüMV. Autumn fertilization is possible with up to 60 kg total N for winter oilseed rape, winter barley and catch crops. Top dressing in spring with appropriate spreading technology is also possible and has been practised successfully in many parts of Germany for years. A maximum of 170kg N from organic fertilizers may be applied per hectare per year.
Storage
Storage at the edge of the field or covered on a silo/storage plate is possible if the legal regulations are complied with.
Advantages
With separate fermentation residues, the best results are achieved when they are used over several years. This inexpensive slow-release fertilizer then promotes soil life and soil fertility.
Separated fermentation residues are quickly absorbed by the soil and therefore have particularly low odor emissions. With regular use, humus build-up also takes place and the fertilizer and water retention capacity of the soil is noticeably improved.
The dry matter content of the separate fermentation residue is up to 25%. You can find all the advantages of our organic fertilizers here.
Effectiveness
Particularly noteworthy is the nutrient concentration, which means that even longer transportation routes make sense.
With the exception of nitrogen, all nutrients are 100% available. If fermentation residue is used in spring, for example,
approx. 60 – 80% of the nitrogen can be expected. With autumn fertilization it is approx. 30 – 50%. As a rule, there is a very sustainable recurring N effect.
Advantages
Our high-quality organic fertilizers

Up to 70 %
Cost savings compared to mineral fertilization.

Nutrients
It contains the main nutrients NPK as well as CaO and MgO and important trace elements (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo, B).

Humus build-up
The build-up of humus improves the soil properties and secures the yield.

Physical soil properties
Increased water storage capacity & water holding capacity, better aeration and faster warming of the soil.

Chemical soil properties
Clay-humus complexes increase the nutrient storage and nutrient retention capacity and thus the plant availability of nutrients.

Microorganisms
promote soil life and improve the conversion of organic matter. The soil is more vital and resistant.
